Question: What’s the minimum order?
Answer:
 The minimum order depends on the printing method. For screen printing the minimum is 12 pieces of the same design, location and color. Full Color Prints and Vinyl can all be done one at a time without minimum.

Question: What if I just need one shirt?
Answer:  We can do it, but it may be costly depending on the printing method. To keep your cost per item down, order in larger quantities.

Question: Do you print on anything besides shirts?
Answer:  YES! Just about anything can be embellished in some way. Bags, hats, jackets, chairs and others can also be embellished. Just ask us! Besides printing garments, we offer full graphic design services as well.

Question: How long is the turnaround time?
Answer:  The turnaround time varies from job to job. Most screen printing work can be completed in 3-5 business days from the completion and approval of the design. Full color prints and vinyl can most times be finished in 1-2 days from final approval. We will do our best to give you an accurate estimate of your completion date at the time you order.

Question: What file types do you accept?
Answer:
 We prefer vector files created in Adobe Illustrator (fonts outlined). We can also take rater files created in other programs. Raster files should be free of any glows, shadows or gradients. 300dpi at desired printing size. Please contact us for more specific file type questions. If you’re already working with another graphic designer we can communicate with them to get the best file type for your order. If you can zip your files before emailing them that would be helpful.

Question: What are your production steps?
Answer:  Glad you asked. Consultation, Estimate, Invoice, Deposit, Design Sample (emailed), Final Art Approval, Production, Packaging, Final Payment then Shipping. Important to know; we cannot begin your order without a 50% deposit, and cannot ship/pickup your order without final payment.

Question: What shirt brands/colors/sizes do you carry?
Answer:  Another good question! We can get just about any brand, but we prefer to print tees using Gildan. Sizes vary depending on colors but we can get shirts in sizes from infant to 6XL. In some rare cases we can even get 10XL! For Sports, we like Augusta Sportswear, but we can order other brands as well. Our primary vendor is SS Activewear in Bolingbrook, IL. Question: What ink colors do you have?
Answer:  We keep all the basic ink colors in stock at no additional charge. If you require a specific pantone color, puff ink, glitter, water base, or discharge ink we will do so at $30 per color.

Question: What forms of payment do you accept?
Answer
:  We accept Paypal, cash, checks, credit and debit cards.

Question: Do you drop ship?
Answer:
 Yes! We can drop ship directly to your clients or ship to you anywhere in the U.S. Most orders ship USPS Priority. Shipping estimates can be given at the time of the order.

Question: Do you do rush orders?
Answer:  We do. We like to schedule and complete jobs as they come in, but in some cases we will rush your order. Rush charges vary depending our production que and the nature of the job. Rush charges can be between 25%-100% of the order. We will try to do everything we can to avoid charging you a rush fee.

Question: Can you sponsor our Club/Band/Team/Group?
Answer:  No, not at this time. In the future we will have select opportunities available based on our target audience. We will post on our website when and if those opportunities become available. Please check back.

Question: Can our Club/Band/Team/Group use your space for a meeting or event?
Answer:
  Yes! Evening and weekend opportunities are available for rent. Very cost effective, and short/long term agreements are OK.

Question:  Is there a deposit?
Answer:
 Before any work can begin we require a 50% deposit. The balance is due before picking up or shipping your order. We provide free estimates and invoices, so you’ll know exactly how much your order cost before paying a deposit.

Question: Are there any discounts?
Answer:  Yes! If you are affiliated with any of the following organizations, you will receive an automatic 5% discount on your entire order: Boy Scouts of America, Eastern Illinois University, Kappa Alpha Psi and the National Pan-Hellenic Council, or the Illinois Teachers Association. We also give discounts on repeat orders and for referrals, and for promoting us on Facebook/Twitter. Another great way to receive a discount is to let us place or website address on your item. Please ask for details.

Question: Where is your shop located?
Answer: Our shop is located at 2216 Plainfield Rd. (Rt. 30) in Crest Hill, IL 60403. We’re 3 min off I55 and 5 min off of I80 in Joliet, IL.
